L'Acoustics L-ISA

The following details the settings required to enable Atlas to communicate with L'Acoustics L-ISA controller. It is not considered to be an instruction manual on how to use L-ISA.

Assigning Atlas to work with L'Acoustics L-ISA Controller

Follow the device assignment procedure as defined within to assign Atlas to control L-ISA (Polar).

Assigning the Co-Ordinate Space

By enabling L-ISA mode within Atlas a Polar Co-Ordinate space will be visible over your Atlas Space.

Atlas can output the co-ordinate space into a defined polar space in order to translate Cartesian values into Polar ones.

In "system settings/spaces" create the mapping space in which you wish to output within.

If your space incorporates 360 degrees of movement your polar space will need to encapsulate the listener and the entire Cartesian playing space.

In the example above we can see that our existing example stage and the entire room are encapsulated within our L-ISA view.

L-ISA OSC Settings

The following settings are required to be implemented in order for Atlas to connect to L'Acoustics L-ISA Controller.
